Treasure Hunt of Text Features

Students dig for treasure through various pieces of informational text as they search for indicated text features.  A treasure chest of knowledge is gained when they complete all five areas.  Students are required to provide the title of the book and give a brief description of the text feature found.  Students will acquire an understanding of text features and explore how they are used in texts.
